Returns & Exchange Policy

Returns, exchanges, and how frames and lenses are handled differently.

    Frames

Frames are the base of the system. Unworn frames in their original packaging can be returned or exchanged for another frame colour. Detailed conditions coming soon.

    Lenses

Lenses snap on and off, so they can be swapped for a different shape or colour rather than returned outright. Detailed conditions coming soon.
